Welcome, yoga friends! I’m happy to have you along on this journey.
It’s such an honor to witness the changes yoga brings to the mind and bodies of willing students. My teaching practice is centered on helping people remember how to relax, and to create space in the body and mind where tension is stored.
My own yoga practice began over 20 years ago and I have enjoyed the blissful benefits ever since. I discovered the practice of drawing and coloring mandalas during my yoga teacher training and I love leading workshops to share that practice. A lifelong artist, I love combining yoga and mandala art as a way to help others relax and let go. Helping students celebrate their own unique nature in body movement and expression through mandala art feeds my soul.
I’m also passionate about helping people heal from losses in my Yoga for Grief workshops. Using yoga to help process the emotions connected with loss can be life changing, and it’s such an honor to be of service in that way.
I’ve been blessed to learn from many great teachers during my yoga journey. I received my 200-hour teaching certification with Inner Vision Yoga and an additional 500-hours of advanced training with an emphasis on yoga therapy. I’m also certified to teach youngsters through Rainbow Kids Yoga.
