Weekly Yoga Classes

Join me for a yoga class! Here’s where you can find me during the week:

Mondays ~ Tumbleweed Recreation Center
8:30 – 9:25 a.m. ~ Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques for yogis looking for a softer practice. This practice is suitable for all levels of yoga-ability. {Drop-in class, pre-registration is not required.}

Tuesdays ~ Snedigar Recreation Center
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. ~ Chair Yoga
Yoga breathing techniques and postures to stretch and strengthen, all performed while seated in a chair. This class is designed to increase circulation, flexibility and strength. Perfect for students with limited mobility, or those just looking for a way to relax and unwind. {Click here to register for June, July or August.}

6:00 – 7:00 p.m. ~ All Levels Yoga
Improve your strength, flexibility, stamina, and ability to relax under pressure. This class covers yoga fundamentals in a safe and fun environment, and is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. {Click here to register for June, July or August.}

7:15 – 8:15 p.m. ~ Gentle Yoga
A gentle yoga practice designed to stretch the body and calm the mind. Breathing techniques and yoga postures are presented in a soothing format with emphasis on creating space in the body while calming and healing the nervous system. {Click here to register for June, July or August.}

Wednesdays ~ Snedigar Recreation Center
5:15 – 6:15 p.m. ~ Level 1 Yoga
Basic poses and breathing techniques for new yogis, or seasoned yogis looking for a gentler pace. {Click here to register for June, July or August.}

6:30 – 7:30 p.m. ~ Yoga for Stress Relief
All levels of yoga ability are welcome as we learn breathing techniques and posture corrections to help alleviate stress. {Click  to register for June, July or August.}

Fridays ~ Tumbleweed Recreation Center
8:30 – 9:25 a.m. ~ All Levels Yoga
Basic poses and breathing techniques for yogis of all levels of practice. I change it up every week and make it a great way to begin a Friday. {Drop-in class, pre-registration is not required.}

Yoga for Grief
This is a 6-week workshop that uses yoga as a form of self-care for students dealing with loss or change. Breathing techniques and yoga postures are presented in a format to soothe the mind and body, with emphasis on calming and healing the nervous system. The next “Yoga for Grief” workshop begins June 25, 2018. You can learn more by visiting my workshop page.
