Yoga for Stress Relief



Practicing yoga helps build a resilience to life’s ups and downs. Learn how to cope when the going gets rough in this gentle and restorative yoga class. All levels of yoga ability are welcome as we learn breathing techniques and posture corrections to help alleviate stress.
This class is an ongoing monthly offering through Chandler Parks and Recreation at Snedigar Recreation Center, located near Ocotillo and Alma School Roads. Visit my class schedule page for a registration link for the current month.
