Chair Yoga – Live/online webinar – 9:15 a.m. Arizona time

Increase range of motion, build strength, and calm the nervous system while seated in a chair. This practice is perfect for yogis with limited mobility and/or those looking for a softer approach to yoga.

 

LOVE (live) Stream – 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. ~ “Feeling Good from the Inside Out”Inner Vision Yoga
