Join me for a yoga class! Here’s where you can find me during the week:

Mondays

Tumbleweed Recreation Center

8:30 – 9:25 a.m. ~ Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques for yogis looking for a softer practice. This practice is suitable for all levels of yoga-ability. {Drop-in class, pre-registration is not required.}

 

Tuesdays

Snedigar Recreation Center

5:30 – 6:30 p.m. ~ All Levels Yoga – Improve your strength, flexibility, stamina, and ability to relax under pressure. This class covers yoga fundamentals in a safe and fun environment, and is perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. {Click here to register for November, December, January, February}

6:45 – 7:45 p.m. ~ Gentle Yoga – A gentle yoga practice designed to stretch the body and calm the mind. Breathing techniques and yoga postures are presented in a soothing format with emphasis on creating space in the body while calming and healing the nervous system. {Click here to register for November, December, January, February}

 

Wednesdays

Inner Vision Yoga – Chandler Studio

9:00 – 10:10 a.m. ~ Level 1 Yoga  –  beginning November 21, 2018

10:30 – 11:45 a.m. ~ Warm Yin – beginning November 21, 2018

 

Snedigar Recreation Center

5:15 – 6:15 p.m. ~ All Levels Yoga – Improve your strength, flexibility, stamina, and ability to relax under pressure. Thursdays

Inner Vision Yoga, Chandler Studio – 

5:45 – 7:00 p.m. ~ Feeling Good from the Inside Out (November 8 and 15 only) ~  A fun practice to balance the meridians and shift the attitude. Suitable for all levels of yoga ability and willingness! Visit Inner Vision Yoga’s class schedule page for more information.

Beginning November 29 – 6:00 – 7:10 p.m. ~ Level 1 Yoga – Foundation yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices – perfect for new yogis as well as seasoned yogis looking for a back-to-basics practice. Visit Inner Vision Yoga’s class schedule page for more information.

 

Fridays

Tumbleweed Recreation Center
8:30 – 9:25 a.m. ~ All Levels Yoga
Basic poses and breathing techniques for yogis of all levels of practice. I change it up every week and make it a great way to begin a Friday. {Drop-in class, pre-registration is not required.}
