Hello, yoga friends!

I often hear from new yogis that controlling the breath is the most challenging part of the practice.  Today I’m sharing a guided meditation for basic breathing to help you connect with the breath.

Before you press play, I invite you to create a space of quiet and comfort. Rest on your back and get super comfy, then press play. I hope you’ll feel completely relaxed and able to continue resting and following the breath once the recording ends.
